Interstellar

Interstellar
Acrylic and image transfer on panel, 10" x 10"

A heavy black band sits across the top of a soft gray ground. Below it, the paint thins into smoky washes and long drips that run toward the bottom edge.

Beneath the surface, an image transfer appears in thin dark lines. The lettering is only partly legible, so it reads as a trace of something underneath rather than a message.

Dark mass and space between.
